Definitions
"Seller" refers to SN SERVICES (DizzySafe), Spiegelhofvoetweg 45, 1850 Grimbergen, Belgium – VAT BE0805.402.381.
"Customer" refers to any natural or legal person purchasing products or services from SN SERVICES, either via the website or through direct quotation.
"Goods" refers to all products and services sold under the DizzySafe brand.
Scope & Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, quotes, orders and deliveries. The customer explicitly waives their own terms and conditions, even if submitted later. Any deviations must be agreed in writing in advance by SN SERVICES.
Orders & Offers
Orders can be placed via our website or through formal quotation. All quotes are non-binding unless otherwise stated and valid for 14 days.
SN SERVICES reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, particularly in cases of late payment, fraud, or misuse.
Prices & Payment Terms
All prices are in euros and include VAT unless otherwise indicated. Invoices are payable within 21 business days unless stated otherwise.
For large orders exceeding 500 units requested via quotation, 100% advance payment is required before production or shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments will result in:
- Suspension of services or deliveries
- 10% fixed late payment charge on outstanding balance
- After 60 days, engagement of a debt recovery agency; all related costs will be charged to the client
International customers are responsible for any withholding taxes or local duties; these are not deducted from the invoice. The full amount remains payable to SN SERVICES.
Delivery & Risk
Delivery timelines are indicative and not binding.
Belgium and the Netherlands: 1–3 business days
Other EU countries: 3–7 business days
Non-EU countries: 7–14 business days
Shipping is free within Belgium. For all orders outside Belgium, a flat rate of €3.95 applies.
All deliveries are handled by third-party carriers. SN SERVICES is not liable for any loss, delay or damage in transit. Risk transfers to the customer upon handover to the shipping provider.
Return & Withdrawal Policy
Under EU consumer law, private customers have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving goods.
DizzySafe products (drink protectors) may only be returned if unopened and sealed, due to hygiene reasons. If the seal is broken, the right of withdrawal no longer applies (Article VI.53, 5° Belgian Economic Law Code).
To return a product:
- Email us at dizzysafe@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, including your order number and full name
- We will send return instructions
- Ship the product within 14 days of your request
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original sealed packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect
SN SERVICES is not liable for damage or loss during return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days after we have received and inspected the return. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund in case of diminished value due to use or damage.
Order Cancellation Before Shipping
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Contact us at dizzysafe@gmail.com. Once dispatched, the return policy applies.
Complaints
Complaints must be reported via email within 7 days of delivery to dizzysafe@gmail.com, including order details and photos if relevant.
To be legally valid, SN SERVICES must be notified of any complaint by registered letter to its registered office within 8 calendar days of delivery.
Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability
All website information, product specs, images, pricing and delivery timelines are indicative and subject to change without notice. No content on the website is a formal guarantee.
DizzySafe products reduce risk but do not prevent drink spiking entirely. Use is at the customer’s own risk.
SN SERVICES is not liable for:
- Improper, negligent, or unauthorised use of products
- Any harm, poisoning or incidents, even if product was used
- Indirect or consequential damages such as financial loss, reputational harm or data loss
- Outdated information or website errors
- Delays or failures caused by external platforms or services
None of our obligations can be considered an obligation to deliver specific results. SN SERVICES will not act as a third party in legal claims between customers and end users.
Retention of Title
Goods remain property of SN SERVICES until full payment is received. In the event of non-payment, SN SERVICES reserves the right to recover the goods.
Intellectual Property
All designs, visuals, texts, logos, and website content are protected and remain the exclusive property of SN SERVICES or its licensors. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures due to force majeure events including strikes, epidemics, shipping disruptions, natural disasters or government actions. In such cases, SN SERVICES may cancel or suspend orders without liability.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All agreements and legal relationships with SN SERVICES are governed solely by Belgian law. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of Brussels, unless SN SERVICES decides otherwise.
